  1. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
    In normal circumstances it will take approximately 2-3 working days for delivery within UK. Deliveries outside the UK will take 5-7 days for European destinations and for the USA, please allow 7-10 days.

  2. What are my payment options available?
    Our Protx secured site accepts payment via by Switch/Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX or PAYPAL. Alternatively you can pay by cheque (don't forget to print your order form!) or you can phone your order through on +44 (0) 845 0944 701 with your credit card details. NB. When you are making payment by cheque, we will release the order once payment has cleared.

    In the extremely unlikely event that we accept your order and then subsequently discover we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you straight away.

    Yes. We do ship overseas but delivery times will vary according to the conditions imposed by the local postal service and customs in your country, and you should allow up to 10 days for delivery.

  12. What do I do if my order hasn't arrived within the time you specified?
    Despite all our best endeavours there will be occasions when deliveries are late. If you are worried, or if the order is urgent, you can contact us by phone, fax or email. Any such enquiry will be immediately investigated and we will let you know what is going on, why your product is late, and what we intend to do to put matters right.

  13. Whose responsibility is it if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
    On the rare occasions this occurs, please inform us and we will send you a replacement immediately.

  14. Once I have placed an order can it be amended?
    We can certainly amend the order for you providing you inform us about it prior to its dispatch from our warehouse. If  you need to add another product which requires your credit card details you may contact us on +44 (0) 845 0944 701 for assistance since it is not advisable to email your card details. If the alteration does not require your card number you could e-mail us the details as soon as possible.

  15. How do I place an order online?
    To order online, first you will have to click on the Buy Now button next to the product you wish to order. This product will then be added your shopping basket. To checkout, you will be asked to sign in or create an account to allow you to go through to our Secured Shopping Cart to process your order safely.

    Your credit card details are safe with EyeSlices Verve. We want our customers to feel completely confident when buying from us over the Internet. This is why we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. Our system is far safer than giving your credit card to a waiter who takes it away to the back of a restaurant, for example, but we all do that without question! SSL is the industry-standard security protocol, and it's used by our web site to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. This prevents anyone else from reading the details of your credit card. In addition to this, after your order has been transferred to our processing system all credit card details are removed from the website. Finally, our sales order processing system and internal network is protected by the latest firewall technology.

  18. Can I get a full refund if I am dissatisfied with the product?
    We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened. (Please notify us within 30 days of receipt). For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and/or used. E-mail us at support@eyeslicesverve.co.uk so we can inform you where to send and arrange the refund. Please note that we can only refund the total cost of goods, postal charges cannot be refunded.
